Maybe add the your income from them into your balance sheet?

This is something that I have looked into before. Its complicated to predict the income as its based of stock prices that change daily but will continue to look into it :lunar2019grinningpig:

Could you add a Option in to.. Disable the "Support" / "Ticket" system ?

in my game play.. i lost about 1.7 billion users.. over a span of 2. ingame days,
the numbers for not completing tickets is just.. horse manure, there is no way.. i'd loose 300mil users for not answering a 3 - 4 tickets in the span of a few hours, and then compounding over the week end to 1.7 bil users.

i went from Rank 2. to rank 30.. something.
