The Skirmisher Charger is a 'terror tank', with the weapons, abilities and armour to do the job, panicking enemies and rallying allies, the Charger is a force on the field with few equals. Due to their heavy weaponry, Skirmisher Chargers lack the agility and lightweightness to use the Ripjack fully.

Primary: Canon, Assault Rifle, Shotgun
Secondary: Ripjack

Squaddie Rank:
Hussar: Marauder - Default Marauder.
Defender: Bodyguard - Passive, become high cover for allies. (Similar to MEC)
Warcaller: Mind and Muscle - +20 Will, +4 HP, Passive.

Coporal Rank:
Hussar: Ironbreaker - Shred 1 Armour on enemies at ranged, and 2 Armour at melee.
Defender: Personal Shield - Gain 5 Ablative Armour, lasts 3 turns, 3 turn cooldown.
Warcaller: Ruthless Charge - Gain 1+ Additional Move on the start of every Turn, is negated if the Charger is Disoriented. 3 Turn Cooldown.

Sergeant Rank:
Hussar: Terror Strike - Rush and strike an enemy with your Ripjack, 25% ADVENT enemies in sight to the Striked target, if killed, will Panic, and 15% of Aliens to Panic. 2 Turn cooldown.
Defender: Shield Plating - +1 Armour, Passive, Shredding only removes 1 Armour from the Charger, Immunity to Fire damage.
Warcaller: Inspiring Presence: +20% resistance chances to mental attacks to allies in 5x5 radius, Passive.

Lieutenant Rank:
Hussar: Rip and Shoot - Rush and strike an enemy with your Ripjack, then attack with your Primary with a +20% aim bonus and +10% Crit chance, 1 Turn cooldown.
Defender: Energy Shield - Generate 3 Ablative armour for allies in a 7x7 radius.
Warcaller: Guardian - Allies using the Charger as High Cover from his Bodyguard Passive gain +20% aim and 20 Dodge chance.

Captain Rank:
Hussar: Wallbreaker - Ripjack strike an enemy through, and break, an adjacent wall, causing said wall to become low cover, and Disorient the enemy. Benefits from Terror Strike. 3 Turn cooldown.
Defender: Experimental Shielding - Upgrades Energy Shield, +2 Additional Ablative armour.
Warcaller: Combat Presence - Default Combat Presence.

Major Rank:
Hussar: Justice - Default Justice, benefits from Terror Strike.
Defender: Greater Shielding - Upgrades Shield Plating, 1+ Armour.
Warcaller: Interrupt - Default Interrupt.

Colonel Rank:
Hussar: All Out - Take a single shot at every enemy in sight, automatically reloads and continues until every enemy in sight has been fired upon.
Defender: Judgement - Default Judgement.
Warcaller: Battlelord - Default Battlelord.

This was a concept inspired by the Skirmisher's frontline-based tactics and overall movements that revolve around being a powerful assault unit, the Skirmisher Charger takes it a setup further as a supportive tank for allies if used correctly.
