fixed it manually by deleting the trait in the savegame with notepad.

The best way to deal with that trait is take the T5 prisoner, chop his legs off, and use VX chips to swap one of your pawns minds into him. IMHO that's the way your meant to get a T5 colonist that dosent go around punching your pawns necks off because some one ate his icecream.
