You could do a translation into Portuguese (Brazil) I would appreciate your work very much if you did this translation (since many of my country that play do not know how to read or speak English).
I have no idea how to translate anything into the games, but if you can, I will recommend your work to my other friends from another main account.

Well, while that would be nice I can't. Simply due to that I cannot speak nor write Portuguese.

If it was possible to find a way to translate, then perhaps eventually I will add something like that.

I suppose I can do that.

The problems with that is just that most of the rest of Scandinavia doesn't really have their own weapons (tanks and such). Finland has some unique aircraft and one unique tank. Norway has only really had one tank during this period which was a Swedish import. It was left behind when Germany invaded Norway in 1941. Denmark had a similar fate to that of Norway, and really only had one tank which was the imported Italian Fiat 3000.

I operate under a thought of 'What would (for me) this nation make in relation to their doctrines and priorities?'

Sweden had a very defensive mentality, and tanks like the EMIL and Strv. 103 are good design examples of this doctrine. I would argue that a similar doctrine is really expansive over most of Scandinavia, save Finland perhaps.

So what I'm trying to say is that if I make something for these nations, I'll have to make mostly made up mechanized equipment. But after I've done Sweden, then perhaps sure I can do it.

Well, maybe you could translate putting the texts of the equipment in Google translator ...
But I do not think that's possible ...
Well, thank you anyway.

Well, sure I can do that, but I think both of us would prefer to have accurate translation to our native language. Google translate can't do that with sufficient quality.

One suggestion: Look into the swedish tank tree in World of Tanks, you might find some tank destroyers there you can use. Might help you make a more historical color pallet as well.
Hope this helped :)

@_/_64M3K1LL3R_\_ Thank you for posting. I get what you mean, usually paradox prefers to keep symbols and other things on some nation's planes. Though I added the crowns due to that Sweden didn't really have much of a camoflage scheme for their planes besides a woodland green and a light sky blue to disguise it on higher heights.

The crowns are there to add some more identifying elements to the planes to make them a bit more distinct. The base game handles this with adding differing camoflage schemes to the planes as you progress down the tree. With Sweden, I can't do that in good spirit.

And also, don't be afraid to keep your posts up. They aren't wrong, and in the end they are for better or worse suggestions that I can listen to, or ignore.

Hello again, I have a suggestion for you! You could remove all generic tanks from the game and also remove the tanks that did not exist in real life, I know this will be useful because almost nobody uses tanks heavy and super heavy and not many variants,and you could also get the icon and variant of rocket artillery from the motor truck, and maybe even the mechanics that never existed, but if Sweden used some mechanized or motorized you can leave. And this would save your research time and make genealogical tree tanks more organized. Well, this is a very historical suggestion and it would also be nice to have a tree without "super heavy anti-aircraft tanks", the only problem is that you would have to remove the icons of the divisions you create, such as tanks with non-existent variants and super heavy tanks. but it's only for now, thanks if you've read this far!

I feel like the infantry icons are small, maybe scale them up a bit especially tier 2
Minnó  [developer] 31 Jul, 2019 @ 7:23am
@elwolf6

Yeah, I had initially the same thought. I'll attempt to increase the size a bit. Though, if the size doesn't increase by much I won't be surprised. Reason being that I am currently using the same dimensions and image sizes that the base game uses for the icons in question.

Now to increase the size only really implies that I 'enhance' the image size to focus on the icon with little empty buffer space.

As for the second icon, the reason for it being smaller than the other tiers have to do with it being a Carbine. As per their typical aspects, they are shorter than other service rifles; thus meaning that they are smaller in comparison, as that reflects their length in relation.

Hello again! I just wanted to inform you of a very sneaky bug I noticed with the equipment GFX:
The Motorized equipment icon from this mod only shows up in the technology tab, but if you go to the production tab the vanilla motorized icon will still appear.

I managed to find out why too: In the interface GFX file, Paradox decided on spelling “motorised” with Z and S at different places. If you add another SpriteType entry with the name “GFX_SWE_motorized_equipment_1_medium” this should be fixed.

Thanks again for letting me use this mod, it gives a lot of flavour!

@Snusmumriken

Ah, I didn't notice that during my last update. Thanks for pointing it out, and providing an easy fix with it!
