This mod does not disable sieges. It only disables sappers that dig through your defenses when attacking, as well as drop pods that ignore your defenses entirely. Sieges still need to deal with your defenses once they stop shelling you, and you can always shell them right back to get them to start attacking your base properly.

Thank you for starting a discussion! I wish @username pings worked in comments, since it is so difficult to respond to comments without them. Discussions make the support process much easier.

Ah, my mistake, I thought sieges were disabled with this mod. Thank you for the quick response and explaining your reasoning as to why they're not disabled, you make a good case and I've actually found them quite enjoyable to defend against, when they don't shoot doomrockets in my face, hehe.

Yeah, the comment section is, for good and bad, primarily suitable for just that, comments ^^
Discussions makes following up on issues a lot easier, I do prefer the format which they allow one to uphold :approve:

One of the main reasons why I started the discussion was due the 1000 character limit that comments have, it stopped me from including the complete load order which I feel is vital for troubleshooting mod-related issues... when they're actual issues and not ignorance, hehe :steamhappy:

I really should've read through the description more thorough as you clearly state, in bold text and underlined, that it does not disable sieges ^^

Actually, I just updated the description to make it more explicit that the mod doesn't disable sieges. A few people have had the same misconception, so I decided that I ought to make the description more clear. Originally, it was just an item in that longer list.

Ah, that makes me feel a little less like a fool, hehe ^^

Cheers and have a nice weekend!
