Not working for me. Suspected load order issue.

The mod sometimes works if I put it at the bottom of the 6 == Game behaviour section, but not always. I think it also affects traders coming in.

Looking at the log, it appears that the error[gist.github.com] is originating in this file[github.com] of the Rimworld Optimization - RAID[ludeon.com] mod. Your mod list is quite extensive (as is mine, I'm not criticizing you), so the fault may lie in some other mod, or an interaction between TFR and RO - RAID.
