Historically, Yugoslavia participated in WW2 when that said country is invaded by the Axis Powers, whom they defeated the Yugoslav forces under Peter II. As a result, Josip Broz Tito and his Yugoslav Partisans waged people's war, which succeeded in freeing Yugoslavia from the Germans, then deposed Peter II and make Yugoslavia a socialist state. Finland is another special case. It took part in the Second World War against the Soviet Union, particularly the Winter War and the Continuation War until 1944 when they turned against Germany. The final peace treaty between Finland and many of the Allies was signed in Paris in 1947. Because of the limitations imposed by the Paris Peace Treaties, 1947, Finland's unique units are severely limited.

However, with Finland already a part of NATO since April 4, 2023, things are getting the upper hand.
