Yeah, a lot of people ask me about focus trees, but I'm very skeptical towards adding completely new ones as I mostly see that as TGW's turf. It would also be extremely large amounts of wasted work if/when TGW adds them after I've created them from scratch as well. Thus I prefer doing edits to existing focus trees, history files, idea files, etc. myself. So unfortunately it seems unlikely that I'll do something like that
On the other hand, I probably can spoil as much as that I want to add some historical decisions (and maybe events) for Romania that should give some additional sense of progression when playing them, and also some historical flavor. In my head at least I imagine that if I get those right, they'll add some nice historical flavor and tense gameplay, whether playing Romania, being allied to them or fighting them.
