But the medic.
Wont this just be able to replace the medic? I personally think that it would be cool if it gave people only ammo, OR used metal to heal and give ammo, so that the medic is not just thrown out for a better alternitive

I already addressed this in the description. even a level 3 dispenser has a significantly slower heal rate than a medigun, and the lack of overheal and ubercharge put this weapon at a healing disadvantage compared to the medigun.

Okay, I see, but still, I think it is too overpowered, I was thinking, either make it a level 2, and the engie can't build dispencers, or have stats somewhere between lv. 1 and lv. 2, Since I think this, as a lv. 3 dispencer is too op, now, don't get me wrong, as a sertified Nephew, I like this idea, but I want to make sure balanced weapons get in, you know?

but of course. I had never intended for it to be equal to a level 3 dispenser.
Thank you! The medic would have no purpose if this weapon was made... why not make this a medic weapon?

Dude, I already explained in excruciating detail why this weapon wouldn't make medic lose his role as the best healer. the slower heal rate, lack of overheal, and the lack of ubercharge make this weapon outclassed by the medigun as a healing tool.

Yes, I have always enjoyed this idea, and I fully agree with Gearheart, I think you all are taking this the wrong way, I was just worried this would outclass the medic, but my worries have been explained away, and now people are just straying to far from my first, and only, complaint, which has been fixed, The medic is already the best healer, but the problem is, not enough people play him, this might allow more heals when a medic play is not around, the medic and engineer are two different classes in terms of support, and this proves that

Where this will allow both healing and ammo, it lacks the healing speed of a medi-gun, plus without overheal or Ubercharge, still prevents the medics role as "Deticated healer" being stolen, so PLEASE stop taking my original worry the wrong way, and PLEASE stop bugging Gearheart about a worry that he already explaind THREE times

Yes i don't think this will outclass the medic. As a medic main myself i love the option of having another support option because while i love medic i don't want to play him exclusively.

Exactly, Same here, and I think the Engie is a better "Support" Class" then Medic, due to not only heals, but ammo and teleports, so making mhim more mobile is a good idea, again, even if the rate of healing is the same as the medi-gun, the medic will still be better healer sue to more choices of medi-guns, and plus Overheal and Ubercharge

I love the idea! But while it may not outclass the medic, I do think this concept should be incorporated into a medigun or a replacement for engi's secondary and a passive thing, like the original Uncle Dance idea, rather than a primary for engineer. It really does feel a lot like a medigun concept.

Uncle Danes idea makes engineer slower (a terrible idea for a weapon meant for frontline support) and just regenerates Engineer's metal and HP without any requirement. Making it a gun fixes both of these problems.
