A small suggestion:

Alter the flow from Linear to Exponential [basically, go from 5/10/15 to 5/10/20, or 2.5/5/7.5 to 2.5/5/10] for the "World-Center-Core". Just something I'd like to see, as I'd imagine a "Core" world of any sort of development would be much more dedicated to whatever it is that it's doing.
