So a lethal medigun hm?
Would be neat if this was used in the medigun slot, but didn't heal, and instead drained health or some such. Or maybe, when you have drained enough health, you release a burst of health and heal those around you.

I think that it should shoot a heal beam like lazer that takes about -20 health per hit and after -100 can distrbute health to people around you?

And when you have the -100 health drained a pouch on the backpack opens and everybody in a vincinty (spelled wrong sorry) gets +50 health per 2 secounds? the thing in the pouch looks like a Ubersaw middle that fills up with uber.

I like the idea of it damaging enemies, fits with the name.

Should also allow you to heal disquised spies, cause otherwise it'd be used to spycheck

Well, nm, thinking on it, if the beam is used, it should hurt enemy spies, but the healing factor should also effect enemy spies

How about this?

-30% Medigun range
-25 Max health on user
Cannot overheal

+25 Ubercharge build rate.
Medigun can target enemies. Targeted enemies will have their health sapped.
Ubercharge restores 50% of the damage to the attacking player's health.
Ubercharge saps enemy Medigun charge. Sapped Medigun charge will be added to your own.

Then wouldent Combat medic go a little bit to far? hide near the other team's spawn and sap their health...

Spawn Camping in itself is low, but in the case of spawn campers, just keep the medigun rate lower than other medigun rates, that way it is bad for healing your fellow players aside from the special effect, and you have to have backup when using it on enemies
