It's impossible to open the diplomacy menu of a nomadic empire when you are another empire. If solve, the mod will be playable in MP

just a small bug, if this origin is on a npc empire, they cannot be integrated from vassal. keep up the good work!

During my game nobody ever closed borders to me. And even as the highest diplo power, I was never voted onto the council

voted onto council sounds like an issue, the never closed borders is intentional
As a nomad I can not demand tribute/vassalage of a foreign empire

vanilla vassalize action does not have anything preventing nomads from using it, and neither does demanding tribute, so I'm not sure how your issue arises

1: The nomad start now only spawns one civil and two collector ships. So no alloys or consumer goods.

2: Problem #1 isn't as bad on gameplay as you'd expect because of a completely different problem... life ships aren't using consumer goods or alloy upkeep.

3: The espionage tab is 100% unavailable if you're a nomad.

These issues arise because all of the new 3.0 and Nemesis mechanics are linked to normal empires; this is the same reason you can't -ever- use espionage on a fallen/awakened empire.

This mod will probably need a ground-up rewrite to be fully functional from here on out, as way too much stuff in vanilla hinges on default empire types.

I am using !Infinite Framework mod with this and I notice that game crash if I use the option in infinite framework which give me custom relic event, which start with event that I believe use your capital name or something but since I do not have planet I assume it crash the game. But if I keep that option off, then it is fine. Did not test it beyond that, but wondering why that one cause the crash? Is flagship set as capital or is it not possible to have name connect to it because it not a world?

the "capital" is a planet, but it shouldn't crash, it should just pull up nothing

also regretfully there isn't anything I can do about it without an overhaul of the mod

Hmm, Is there a way to view the bug log so I can see what could have crash it. I will test it to see what exactly work and why it may not work over at Nomad and then test it to see if anything else crash after I disable that part of mod that crash Nomad to see if it work or break down later on the game.

in your documents folder there should be Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\logs\error.log which will be the file you want
