I seem to be having a problem as Holland formed Netherlands with one of the colonization missions.

The mission "Discover Brazil" won't complete for me.

I had originally colonized in here when I was Holland, so I thought maybe the fact that I did that before forming Netherlands was bugging it out so I went and got another province as Netherlands and it still won't complete.

Okay, just dived into the code and saw that an old tooltip is still showing. Get 8 provinces and you should be able to complete it :D

Yes, it will. I think it's correctly displaying by now.

Bug Report, Playing a England game, and the 13 colonies event popped as soon as i got all the 13 colonies, but not before i finished colonizing the region. So i can no longer colonize agacent to them for some reason and i cant pass the thirteen colonies mission as it requires the entire region colonized as seperate colonies. you should change the requirements for ether the event or the mission.

The form Spain decisions give generic national ideas rather than the Spanish ideas.

I'm not 100% of sure, but if I know correctly, this game can only contain 99/100 colonies. This means that if 99th/100th colony has been created, no more colonies can form (game includes former colonies as colony, so if England had colony in Brazil and loses it, game still count Brittish Brazil as colony).


Colony tags are CXX (X = number).

All bugs should be solved by now :)

For whatever reason, the Spanish national ideas aren't working. I still get the generic national ideas as Spain.

Strange, I'll look into it.

I believe the issue might be with the scripts that load in the country idea, rather than the country idea script itself. I looked at the file and nothing seems to be wrong with the idea scripts. Not sure if there's another script that checks the country idea script to retrieve it, but that might be the issue,

Edit: I just looked for the scripts that load in the Spanish ideas (the script being located in the decisions folder for the mod), and it looks like you might have put the "swap_non_generic_missions = yes" tag in the wrong container tags. I don't know much about coding, so I'm unsure if this actually is the problem. However, I did look at the scripts for other country's idea load ins, and it seems like the issue might be that "swap_non_generic_missions = yes" is located within the "if = {" container tag, so that might be the reason it doesn't properly load in the ideas.

Edit #2: same issue exists with the Iberia scripts. Not sure if this glitch is also present ingame, or if this is even the issue, however. As I've said, I'm not a good scripter. This is just what I can gather from looking.

I can not colonize anything. It says I can't colonize until age of reformation. But when I reach the age of reformation, it says I can't colonize until age of absolutism, etc. I don't understand why this is happening.
