EDIT: Got it to run by naming rotor "Advanced Rotor/Mine 01/ @01" This was in a singleplayer world. Oddly, it worked flawlessly in multiplayer without any weird naming conventions.
I still have no Idea about what could cause the naming issue that you experience, and why it works suddenly with that @01 addition.
Could you send me the save file of the world where you experienced the naming issue? I would like to find out what's going on there!
You can either do it here or you can send it to kezeslabas45@gmail.com
About the Auto Pause feature, does the Rotor and the Pistons aren't stopped as well, or it's just the Drill that keeps working?
Based on what you say it's possible that if you have added a Cargo Block, and the Drill for some reason is not connected to that block, then the Auto Pause will never applies.
'AttachedProgrammableBlock' acepting a first argument of type 'AttachedProgrammableBlock' could be found [are you missing a useing directive or an assembly reference?]
Made an update to the script, where I disabled the Transmitting Progression feature, so the script works again without issues. Gonna work on fixing the Transmitting Progression feature later today.
EDIT: Made a hotfix, now everything is working, and the Transmitting Progression is enabled again.
I've see some errors on joining my dedicated server with your script, but the Mining platform is working without any issues.
The Serverlog ist showning the following error:

Thx forward
This has happened when the world got loaded right? If it is then I have a guess about what could cause it.
i have message:
Load failed!
Configuration Done!
Caught exception during execution of script: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
