On initial load the character was literally spinning around and mostly upside down. This lasted most of the way through act 1 until it stabilized in a fully upside down posture.

Two, the card Blindside (in lightning stance) lists it as dealing "2 vulnerable and X bleed to ALL enemies." It in fact does not. It does those two effects to ONE enemy (I don't think I got to choose, so it was either random or left-most):

There's also the occasional card that deals damage to ALL enemies that still requires that I pick a target.
