Minor Mod Additions
Here is a list of most of the additional changes the mod makes that weren't quite big enough to make the front page
  • Military experience decays slower and is gained faster
  • Combat morale and damage increased
  • Base regional military supply reduced from 5 to 3
  • Negative stability and unrest now reduce population growth
  • Bad terrain has bigger impact on movement speed
  • Armies who refuse orders move slower than in vanilla
  • Maneuver values increased so that having a larger front than your enemy is more beneficial
  • Ship prices upkeep reworked - lower tier ships are cheaper and bigger ships are more expensive than vanilla. Upkeep % reduced from 20% recruit cost to 14%
  • Assimilation costs are increase
  • Slaves only require gold to move now
  • Pop types output adjusted - citizens now produce a little manpower
  • Reduced amount of gold that can be gotten from peace treaties
  • Pirate fleets can be bigger
  • Flank size optiosn increased from 2/5/10 to 5/10/20

next update should fix it. but there are a lot of new things im testing out with it so cant release it just yet
