Game crashes when trying to enter a city. No matter if its in a game or starting a new run in a city. Get the not responding window. It will not load no matter how long i let it sit. Even disabled all mods except harmony and rimcities. Tried to start a new game and still the same thing.

Mod worked on a previous run a time or two now it will not. Every other part of mod works it will just not load city maps. It sits on the generating screen and goes no further.
