Well, I feel like in this case, it's less about how the colors are used and more just how the textures are being used for the body. The reasons why those swirls and round shapes aren't used, is probably because Baruuk's body doesn't allow for those types of designs, as he does have a lot of angular parts. And of course, you can't change the body in a TennoGen model.
Plus, there are more ways to express the Grineer style than just having the same looking textures or shapes, it mostly depends on whether or not it can resemble the general aesthetic.
