[VJ] Halo Sentinel SNPCs

| SUGGESTIONS | - PLEASE READ BEFORE ADDING
I of course want to add more, and perhaps the whole faction eventually? Regardless, don't spam features that are on this thread. Please check all the posts, even if it's using CTRL + F only to check that someone might've posted the suggestion before. Also check the TO DO list on the main page to see if it's already on my list to do. I'll post it here again, but it might not keep this list updated like the main page's TO DO list

- Better sentinel movement (Strafing and keeping at a mimimum height above the ground)

- Illumination on eyes of all sentinels

- Some better FX in general (Beam color variants for example)

- More sentinel variants (Those from Halo CE, Halo 2, (perhaps anniversary if it's possible when it comes to steam), and MAYBE Halo Wars 1 & 2 if the tools become available)

- Phases of damage (Looks more destroyed the lower health it gets)

Awesome addon, to fight the flood, the combine,... etc, but is there an hostile version? Because the snpc's are neutral to me...

use the vj relationship tool or shoot them a bit

It would be a lot more convenient if you are able to spawn them as hostile though

I'll see if I can add something here soon so you can fight hostile ones without a hassle, but probably will find a way first that doesn't make my life hell everytime I want to add more to the sentinels (everytime I add something to a sentinel, I have to copy-paste that code to all other sentinel variants, so hostile versions would only make that worse).

It'll probably end up as an option in a menu when I get the chance to learn how.

I suggest checking the official vj base black mesa snpcs pack, iirc, it has a q menu option that's basically true/false, maybe you could modify it

https://www.halopedia.org/Unidentified_Sentinel_variant you could try adding this sentinel? As it has a model from the sins of the prophets team. But otherwise it looks to be pretty much impossible to make coding wise.

I suggest you could add a option to add a damage multiplier/divisor , they are doing too much damage, compared to the other SNPCs and the player

When I get to the implementation of a menu, I'll probably expose all the variables I can for each variant, including

Hull Health
Shield Health
Shield Regen Speed
Shield Regen Amount
Shield Regen Delay
Damage
etc

I think it would be cool to add the sentinel launcher from halo 3 https://www.halopedia.org/Sentinel_launcher
