The problem with Turkish AI is in wrong focus time.
Analys of TUR_historical_strategy_plan.txt shows that AI gains focuses too fast, because most of them are 35 days long instead of 70, as must be by developers comments:


- in left column I numered years, when AI gets focus in game now: (1937)
- central column is number of days per focus in vanilla 1.12, next column is my proposal for focus times (changed them in national focus file fo TUR and test shows that all work fine)
- right column is years when TUR gets focuses after changes: [1937]

Probalem with attack on Romania and triggering WW3 with SU is in next focus:

For correct work need remove trigger "has_government = comunism". Description of this focus also shows that it must work only on facist ROM.
