Currently LTS Maintenance is flagged as incompatible. I understand this is because that mod previously required repair kits to repair broken buildings, which NPC ships didn't spawn with. However, the new version of LTS Maintenance includes an option to allow pawns to fallback to regular component repair if they don't have any kits, so this mod should now be compatible, unless there's some other issue I missed.
