Release 1.1

Added a config file to control:
- Enable/disable tracks with signal speeds.
- 3 track grouping options.
- Signals never expire enable/disable.

Fixed the bug where track groups was created for unsupported track speeds (blue squares).

The config file can be found in: ..\steamapps\workshop\content\1066780\1918065716\config\config.lua

signalExpires
When false, a signal will never be unavailable again.
Default true, vanilla behavior.

includeTracks
When true, tracks for each signal speed are included. Set to false if no extra tracks are desired.
Default true, adds tracks for each signal speed.

groupTracks
Controls how tracks are grouped.

• none - No grouping.
  
• one - One group is created for all signal tracks.
  
• all - Creates one group for each supported track speed and assigns ALL tracks to their resp. group.

Derfault all, all tracks are assigned groups.
