I have generally gotten most of this under control. It is related to a base game bug that can cause build pieces to shift or gap, and if shifting is significant can cause stability loss.
Most has been resolved, known to still have issues with Murayama and Bossonian Inverted Corner Roof tiles (Not Murayama Shallow, just the normal sloped inverted corner roofs). I have some updates to those inverted corners but have some IRL stuff keeping me from working in devkit to finish, test and publish an update for likely another week or two.
I have raised the collision box top surface for Bossonian Ceilings up 4cm to be in line with standard and in testing this was sufficient to solve the upgrade from Northern Timber to Bossonian stability loss. This adjustment will be in the next update of Northern TImber mod.
