While I do not mind many of the changes made in this update, the fact that this has remained unchanged perplexes me.

The Invincible and the Bulwark 2 have both been moved from capital ship-tier to battlecruiser-tier, and now require a level 4 shipyard. I don't find this change to be that bad. It's annoying that the only places you can build Invincibles at a discount are on opposite sides of the map, with one being held by the CIS and the other surrounded by enemy planets, but at least the option is still there.

What is strange is that with this change, the Bulwark 2 cannot be discounted anywhere. The corporation that discounts it (TransGalMeg) is only available to be build in just four locations:

Bespin, a level 1 shipyard
Saijo, a level 2 shipyard
Vulpter, a level 3 shipyard
And Pako Ramoon, a planet I have yet to even see on any maps

In previous updates the only viable location to construct this was at Vulpter since it was the only location where you could actually construct the ships it gave a discount to. But now, you can only apply that discount to Bulwark 1's in just this location.

Why? And why is it even available to be built at Saijo and Bespin in the first place? From what I can find these two planets have absolutely no relation to the company at all. I would be able to understand it if the company was available to be built at Foerost or Sullust, it would even make sense considering those are the locations where you can get the research to be able to build both Bulwarks in the first place. But it isn't, and now you have to pay 4500 credits to be able to discount a single type of ship in a single location on the map. It is not really worth building, even for the secondary benefits like the +1 influence considering none of the planets have that high of a base income.
