Anything over 10 FPS is great.
Also modern hardware doesn't mean it runs better. It might even run worse on it, because the game is limited to one core only.
Anything that is stable above 10 FPS is good.
geforce 2060
xeon e5 2680 (this is server process, have a 8 cores and 16 thread but core speed only 2,7 ghz)so only one core useless
