Game crash during battle IF Republic transports are present.

I keep getting crashes when I have a space battle against republic, with transports present in battle. It certainly crashes IF a Nu-class is getting destroyed, but some cases, as soon as I see their models / their models are loaded (FOW gets revealed). Any idea?
