as the title says, but this isnt im looking at them and theyre greyed out, this is when I click on the section of a UI to make the ships even when they definitely have shipyards I dont even have the option to try and click them the whole thing is black like when you dont have a shipyard. I can build ground forces like normal and construct ground structures but i cant do anything in orbit, I've tried CIS and GAR. Ive tried verifying, Ive tried reinstalling the game I even unsubscribed from a bunch of the submods I had in case they were the issue. any know what I can do?
