Reps are suppose to have Twin_Ion_Engine_Starfighter_Squadrons for tech 4, but sending out the tech 3 garrison. I wonder if the tech 4 requirement is not working since there is no way to increase tech anymore as there is no research buildings. If is a time issue, how long to wait until tech 4 becomes available? I have already done order 66.
