Battle of Duro won't start Historical Conflict

in the operation durge's lance HC the battle of duro won't start it will go to a black screen. The menu still avalable and quitting is no issue. But it locks me out of the mission and if i didnt have a previous save a soft lock.

I can indeed confirm this bug on my end, I just hope this mission is not essential to completing the actual durge's lance scenario.
