we need buildable again the nimbus commando

when i played the latest version the nimbus commando are not buildable are only available via missions reward and starting forces

They've never been buildable in FotR, they are an influence unit in TR where the political situation and official status of the organization is different.

I suspect you got that confused, but it's not a change we'd make nor 'needed'
