Also crashes in Singleplayer on Long Range, i don't have a MP log but a singleplayer one

Has a small issue with the mod on a dedicated server. Upon building and attempting to use the device, it did not function in multiplayer, but restarting the server seems to have made it work, the key was to have it placed and then restart.

Was it the case that while it started to work, it didn't find any ore, unless you restarted?

hmm, I seem to run into a repeated problem where placing it on the same grid as ... (speculation: ) assemblers or smth maybe (?), it lets you open the scanner, but then is "frozen" in the UI, sometimes you can still scroll a bit, but you are trapped in the UI till you restart (you cant switch the controlpanel to smth else or anything but the game is countinuing in the background)

I tired running "base-mars" scenario with only this mod, deepores ( same bug happened without DO) and Nanite-drillingsystem
no other modded blocks were in place though.

I had this happen a couple times in my survival world, where I had to restart, then grind down the scanner and place it again and it worked 8/10 times.

I am trying to reproduce this problem, but I cannot. Which one is the "base-mars" scenario?

The "official" one? I think there isnt more then one to select in "custom" (sorry, not rly a scenario I guess, since its under "custom" where starsystem also is, its like "Start-Mars" or smth)
I can try running only your mod and reproduce

Yes, I tried loading only your mod, all settings standard (except "experimental mode" ofc), plopping down the scanner on the station, opening its control-panel / gui and it got stuck again. Weird.

Ok, so I found that it was not working with the online version, but was working with my local one, so it seems that my last change somehow didn't upload. It should be fixed now.

Trying to play a fresh world with deep ores and your mod is quite helpful if I dont want to use 600m-detectors that work aswell, but you can hear the (pcs') fans power up when using so your option may still be the better performance wise :SBpenguin:

I am plaing with this mod for some time and its great on planets with scarce resources and or procedurally generated ore.

I have the feeling that it doesnt stop drawing power while charging (and preumably being fully charged) until someone looks at it in the terminal.
When i look at it my batteries before looking at the deposit scanner they are like depleted in X Minutes, after clicking on the scanner they are like recharged in 1 hour.
