For anyone who is having issues with the Holy Nation spreading their glorious beliefs in other cities, you can edit their squad numbers by following these steps.
1. Open Lost in The Ashlands using FCS (might have to copy the mod file from workshop to mods folder in the main directory to get it to show.)
2. Go under Faction and click Squads
3. Find the template LA_WAR ARMY HN and open it
4. On the right side under Squad, you can edit how much of each unit spawns in the assault. Value on the left is the minimum amount that the unit spawns. Value on the right is the maximum amount that the unit spawns.
5. Click save and you're done! (you're gonna need to copy the mod file and put it back in the workshop directory.)

Personally me I prefer to set the maximum units to 25 but if you want everyone to believe that Okran is the holy savior, then set it higher than 100.
