All my RICO buildings is suddenly turned off after the game started
It worked well yesterday, but today it becomes weird. All of the RICO buildings in my city is turned off after the game started. Could somebody help me plz~

Thanks. Can you please unsubscribe from the soft-conflicting mods Control Building Level Up and Plop the Growables, enable this mod's additional debugging logging option, try again and post the log from that? Also, please post your LocalRICOSettings.xml file.

This happened to me today but quitting and reloading the save fixed it. I didn't have either of the conflicting mods above.

Can you also post your LocalRICOSettings.xml file, and also a screenshot of one of the buildings with the building info panel open?

Thanks - still can't reproduce your issue at my end. What do you see when you open the RICO settings for that building?

All the RICO settings are removed and there is just a blank menu. Should I resubscribe this mod?

It's a more terrible condition, ALL the RICO buildings are not functional.

Will the settings reset after the resub as well?

Okay, the options at this point are either an obscure mod conflict, or some corruption at your end. Try:
1. Remove your LocalRICOSettings.xml file.
2. Verify your game files in Steam.
3. Unsub/resub the Harmony mod.
4. Subscribe to the Loading Order Mod.

Hopefully this works for you - fingers crossed....

I had this issue today too, turned out to be a conflict with the Garbage Bin Controller mod:

Thank you algernon, it works! Though I've met some troubles dealing with patch loader mod.
