Crew dies after removing weapon (FU)

Any chance for crew personality customization?

Some crew dying when I try to customize them

Can't dismiss crew member and all it does when I try is duplicate them in the inactive status

Energy is maxed out at 10

Perhaps its a conflict, maybe the RPG mod, my crew has varied health levels but all energy is stuck at 10/10 changing armors will raise it temporarily but it immediately drops to 10/10
