Patch Notes
7/21/20

Config
Fixed several CVARs that were not completely implemented yet. some notables:

Cultist
- Added ttt_cultist_shrine_name config for default deity name
- ttt_cultist_pledge_time will now be honored if changed in the config

EMT / Hypno
- Revive progress bar should now draw accurately based on ttt_revive_time.

Hypno
- Poison gun now uses the CVARs for damage

Misc. Chat Commands
- /sname <your name here> Cultists can rename the deity of worship for the given round. Text that follows the command is the new name. Traitors are informed of the name change in chat, so they cannot be sussed out by innos
- /flip flips a coin and displays the result in chat
- /roll rolls a 1d100 and displays the result in chat

Vampire
- Bite damage configured from 10 -> 12
- All traitors will see an indicator for Bite victims in Tab and on Target (crosshair hover info)

Karma
- Minor karma penalty for Inno killing Inno who is suffering from bite
- Fixed bug where Clean Round Bonus wasn't being removed for Inno on Inno damage/kill (I wondered why karma was so clean the last few weeks... gonna hurt)

EMT
- Receives a Healing Ray (Pistol slot) after a successful revive
- Healing Ray adds an immediate heal (20 by default) and extra health every five seconds for another minute (5 by default) for a total of 75 hp. 3 Charges, 800 range (stungun has 400 for reference), looks identical to Poison Ray and Stun Gun.
- Healing Ray can stack, thus all 3 charges can be used on a single player, but the heal will max at 200 hp

Hypnotist
- Removed stungun from loadout. Still purchasable
- Added Poison Ray (Pistol slot) in loadout, also purchasable
- Poison Ray does the exact opposite of the Heal Ray, dealing immediate damage (20 by default) and extra damage every five seconds for another minute (5 by default) for a total of 75 health. 3 Charges, 800 range (stungun has 400 for reference), looks identical to Healing Ray and Stun Gun.
- Poison Ray can stack, thus all 3 charges can be used on a single player, but the damage is never lethal and damage will stop at 1 hp

Hyp/EMT Revive
- Revive time changed from 8 -> 5 seconds. Configurable through CVAR

Vampire
- Bite went from 20 damage per 2 seconds -> 10 damager per 5 seconds. Thus a full turn duration for a vanilla innocent went from 10 seconds to 50 seconds. This is configurable. Turning still ends when Vampire dies.
- Eat corpse health CVAR

Assassin
- Can no longer buy vanilla radar, conflicts with passive radar
