Track Creation Contest Results
Thank you to everyone who participated!

First place ($10 Steam Gift Card)

Track Creation Contest Map by SkepticalGriffin IV

Fun 4/5
Very interesting track structure with enough obstacles and odd turns. It only feels clumsy sometimes (slopes that don't work well or turns that are too small in width).

Clearly a lot of effort went into this map. The split path is really cool. The track intersecting itself, with the bridge going over the track below inside the house is cool. The random slope in the zig-zag part after you leave the small garage door is cool. I love it.

AI 4/5
The AI is capable of driving the track. There's one part where the AI sometimes flies up into the air, on the blue chair slope after the tight bend inside the house.

Environment 5/5
The environment is very interesting, there are lots of things to look at and few truly empty areas.
The base map had NO props, so the amount of decoration is really impressive.

Flatgrass Propfield by Preschool Dropout

Fun 2/5
The drop from a height is a cool idea, though you can get stuck if you miss the landing.

The track has a lot of straight paths and simple turns with not many exciting obstacles. The bend made out of traffic cones was fun though, but ultimately you can't develop much skill in the track.

The track is slightly more fun with drift types, but that also increases the chance of dropping off the brown tracks and not being able to make your way back.

AI 4/5
The AI is capable of driving the track, only a small hiccup at the traffic cone bend near the start where the car crashes into a traffic cone.

Environment 3/5
Kind of basic, flatgrass is already really empty.
There is clearly an attempt at some environment decorations, but especially for flatgrass it's not nearly enough.

The custom sky color was a pleasant surprise, though.
