As far as the deck variants go, I'll list the choices I've found work best from Glentopher's v3 guide for combining LN and the base game. There's several options, but these seem the most interesting and fair. I'm just gonna list the suggestion numbers for each location instead of typing out every card, but let me know if you don't have access to the guide:
Police Station: Suggestion 3
Grocery Store: Suggestion 1
School: Suggestion 1
Library: Suggestion 1
Hospital: Suggestion 1
Gas Station: Suggestion 4
EDIT: Just saw you finished the scripted setup, so maybe it's already like my first suggestion. Looking forward to checking it out!
You can either choose the base S&C, the Long Night S&C or recommended (which mixes all S&C but then reduces the survivors to 30 and the generic crossroads the the survivor specific ones).
With all of these you have the option to add promo cards (not in the recommended, which includes these by default), and the 3 modules from Long Night (Raxxon, improvements and Bandit Camp). If you select any module it also adds the related survivors/crossroads.
And manual mode just loads everything for players to select what they want.
I haven't implemented the objects, but thanks for the reference - I found a copy on boardgamegeek. I believe someone had mentioned the guide in the comments earlier as well, so it does seem to be a good guide to follow.
I think that'll be a later feature, I think, as it will take some time to go through each card and get a reference/separate them out and I'd rather progress the other issues first.
