People who live in States/Countries which Commonly have situations where Natural Disasters or Wars take place may develop Anxiety from hearing the same EAS Broadcast Sound, to them It signals Imminent Doom, most common example would be Texas where Tornadoes Touchdown commonly and the EAS must be played over and over again, leading back to the point of Anxiety which if Untreated long enough, can Develop into PTSD in certain Cases. Im not trying to brute force Knowledge into your Brain, I saw you were curious and I decided to tell you my Explanation, there probably is a different Explanation but the one I wrote out to me was most Logical to think.
