Mazdaism Ideas

Root out the heretics in Mazdaism ideas gives missionary strength vs heretics, given this is the Zoroastrian idea group, and Zoroastrian has no heretic religions at all in the mod, this idea does nothing. Maybe change to standard missionary strength?
