Alright, so I've tried 2 games as Byzantium where both times I went Hellenic. I think this completely screws over the crime system because I can't get rid of crime. I scrapped the 1st game cuz I was at around 70 crime from basically taking Bulgaria, Athens and a few islands. 100% religious unity and 3 stability does nothing for crime. ALL the crime related events get dumped on you often and you have to get rid of a lot of admin at first, not to mention the stability hits afterwards basically f*ck you over for good. 2nd game where same thing happens - I rush lawgiver and still my crime is constantly rising. What's the deal with the mana dumping crime events - I either take the bad modifiers or I pay all my admin to get.. what exactly? 'Cuz it seems to be nothing - my crime is still the same level except I have no admin now. And do high lawgiver points not reduce crime? Because they're just there to look at from what I can tell... Please explain/fix this.
