DLC Requirements and Bugs i found
Super fun mod, unfortunately im locked out of alot of stuff because of lack of DLC. If you could throw maybe a comprehensive list of necessary dlc that would be awesome.

Great Production has literally no use because i cannot add state edicts, so great production points do absolutely nothing. In the old "Plato's Europe" mod, Trade goods could be edited through the decisions system, so

AI empires that pick the "Commerce" national focus cannot join any offensive wars, as they have a negative -50 modifier for "Accepting will destabilize the country"

Most of the pagan empires i could see had a lot of trouble converting provinces, and as a result usually flipped catholic, Druids could not convert/spawn zealots, Hellenic religion had a good start converting but then died to Sunni and Orthodox, the Norse and Germanic faith seem kinda OP.
The AI Norge empire ended up with 4.7 Morale by 1450 which was a nice suprise when they landed a 10k stack in Scotland with no general and obliterated my apparently naked druid army.

I also noticed that the Crime statistic bugged around 1500 and displayed no value. This could have been a product of me tag switching around various AI empires, however.

Overall the mod is very well done and it grasps what i liked about the original mod of Plato's Europe. What bothers me most is the fact that i need to buy DLC in order to get the full experience out of it, the whole reason i play with mods is so i can have fun without paying close to 300$ for stuff i don't want :steamsalty:

Thanks for feedback. Regarding the DLC, I made the mod with all of them purchased, free to utilize every mechanic paradox added. Mod does function without them, though its full potential blossoms with this content. If one doesn't want to get all the expansion packs, then I recommend the following:

- Dharma for government reforms and trade centre upgrades
- Common Sense and Rights of Man for religion flavor, such as personal deities
- Mandate of Heaven for state edicts and fully functional China

I am sure that with the dlc your experience will vary significantly, but regarding pagan religions, yes they are by design much weaker at converting other provinces. The rebel issue is a technicality that I will address though.

As for Crime, Eu4 interface works in such a way that if value is below 1 but above -1, then it will not show. Don't worry, these values are always functional. For explanation on these see other discussions.
