I was playing a long game with ACOT, AOT and others (No SBTG), and I got to Stellarite tier when I realized that I had never seen the Singularity line of buildings. The one that is automated and produced energy. I had long since done the Dark Matter production core project, so I went looking.

Turns out, the Class-4 Singularity tech is completely empty. It has the flavor lore if you hover over it, but the "unlock Building" part is completely gone. And without the Class-4, I cannot upgrade it to any of the higher tiers. I'd have to mug a FE for their pre-built ones.

However, the Alpha-tier Optimized Class-$ Singularity is just fine, I just can't get to it.

Is this a known issue?
