That happens if a pawn queries too many jobs at once too fast, generally happens with pawns with extremely high movement and manipulation. There's a mod that reduces/fixes the problem.

Huh, interesting. So far, I've only seen it happen on floor tiles - and when it happens, I have to cancel the build and do it in Godmode, because retrying to place the tile causes the same error.

I did see this a bit earlier but I've made quite a few changes. Is it still a problem? But as you said, some pawns actually can work that fast.

Aye, apparently it has nothing to do with the mod, but is a limit of the game engine itself. I've used a different mod to correct that.

I experience this regardless of mods, so hopefully suggested mod might fix my problem too, as i got bionics that sets movement and manipulation to well over 300% They zip around the map like little flies. Funny, awesome, but maybe a bit to OP?
Either way, i hope this will clean up my game a bit more :D
IIRC it doesn't do anything horrible to the game other than pause your pawn for a moment. I think it is a safety net to stop infinite loops on job acceptance by time gating how many jobs a pawn can take.
