Mutation lvl 15+ or 20+ adds a second Floating Nearby slot... Or too OP?
Because why not? Why not let mutants also have access to a second "Floating Nearby" slot? Too OP is really the only answer I can think of... whether 15+ or 20+ is more of a balance thing.

Thoughts?

I think it's a great idea but it should definitely be 20+, one extra quantum mote or chiral ring wouldn't hurt late game

I guess technically a second/third slot is available depending on how far you get in the game, but same difference.
