Hey, hope you all like my mod! I'm currently rebuilding the head meshes, I think that the worst part of the mod atm... However I'm totally new to all this modeling stuff, so I would love some constructive criticism.

Take your time and don't let people pressure you. I definitely agree with that a tail part. It just seems like it's missing there. I don't know if it's because I'm done something interesting in the game, but do they tend to eat corpses? Because if that is true. I would like it if you have a feature or you could do that yourself if you are that kind of race. I mean, you are technically a big cat. Man.That each raw meat so yeah. I don't know how many people have subscribed to your mod. but I, Do know that I seem like the be the only person so far that talked to you and I hope my advice is helpful to you. Sometimes the mod could take time to pick up speed, so. Also just work on it until it gets more and more flushed out, so in people eventually come around and see your mod they realize how well polished it is.

Thanks a ton for the kind words! NPC cats do eat corpses haha, not sure how to let PC's do that (or if its possible, i suspect not but ill look into it). Not a ton of subscriptions yet, I only released it public this month so its still very new. I'm chipping away at it slow but surely, i love user input so thanks to you!

On the note of "NPC Cats eating corpses", seems it only affects the NPCs that aren't "marked as slaves"; the ones marked as one don't really seem to do that since they are stuck with "Obedient slave" AI.

Which is a good thing though. Slave Traders has no particular fond for "Vultures". Had a mod that causes "robotic vulture" to spawn, and instantly the entire guard kills them after certain warning despite them not actually eating corpses now lol.

Hey! I just downloaded this, and I think it's an incompatibility, but when I try to play this with Genesis it seems to break the combat animations when playing as the cat race. Specifically the blocking animations when I made a character using a katana, the arms would just face downwards into their body with the weapon clipping into the ground. I tried it without genesis and it worked fine with the vanilla blocking animations, and I was wondering if it would be possible for you to make a Genesis patch so this mod would work with the animations from Genesis? It would be appreciated so I could play as a cat with Genesis active without janky animations in combat

@Flooferpaw I will check it out (Maybe has to do with an update, or something), but i use Genesis and didn't have this issue. Just to be sure; this mod should be high in the load order and Genesis near the bottom.

Is there a way to stop cats spawning as thieves just in the Holy Nation bars? The moment someone gets line of sight through the doorway it starts a fight.

@Magnus i cant figure it out, im not 100%% sure how certain bars choose their squads or if i can influence it

I took a quick look and there's a separate "Thieves Guild Human" squad template that I assume the HN cities are supposed to have? (Like how they have different mercs, presumably the "Mercenary Guild Human" squad)



It looks like bar squads are faction-specific. I'm not sure how much conflict it might have with other mods but it should be possible to split a separate "Thief Group" spawn just for the HN with a Race Override on it

Squad picking comes from
Factions->The Holy Nation->Bar Squads

I will certainly put it on the list to investigate for the next update. If I find an easy fix then ill push through a small patch update for it, thanks for the head start!

Edit: Maybe the update fix some of the issues, i cleaned up the FCS part a bit but im not 100% sure.

Another heads-up

I took a deeper poke (in its own mod file!) into making a replacement Thief Group for the Holy Nation
What I got was lingering changes to another mod (still tracking it down) causing HN to now be attack-on-sight hostile to Humans..

Not as simple as it looked, apparently.

CatPeople is doing this on its own. Did something get changed when this updated last week?
