The 8 Princes Changes: (Updated 2021-01-09)
Buffs, Changes or nerfs:
Description:
While many factions are really good, some need more direct buffs to unique resources or other details like a fixed bundle. Some changes are not just buffs, but just change for various reason.

Many of the princes have recieved AI personality changes to better focus and take advantage on their new mechanics and increased survival come lategame. Most notably Sima Lun (still testing).

Sima Lun:
  • Edited frontend.
  • Reduced cost to incite proxy wars from 750 to 500
  • Sima Lun's faction has an unique raiding stance that adds raider for all units along with the normal bonuses that raiding comes with.
  • Sima Lun get's an unique skill, Surprise attack, for Records. It does everything the predecessors skill did plus poison arrows (own army) and bonus +4 resolve.

Sima Jiong:
  • Edited frontend.
  • Control resource: AI Sima Jiong earns +100 Control over the first 5 turns. To help it sustain the resource better.
  • Control resource: Having a Balanced Control rewards you with +10% income from all sources.
  • Control resource: Having low Control no longer reduces public order. Instead, High control is represented as putting a grip on your population, making them less happy in favor of greater military control. Low Control is equal to letting freedom rain.
  • Control resource: Along with recruitment cost for capain retinues, you now also gain upkeep reduction.
  • Sima Jiong gains a new occupation option that replaces "Occupy", "Occupy & Subdue Populace". Sacrifice control to subdue the population with +20% population increase, +100 faction support and +10 military supplies.
  • Loot and Occupy in return, earns you control.

Sima Liang:
  • Edited frontend.
  • Gains a new starting skill, Imperial Champion. Increases replenishment for imperal type units.
  • Has a permanent effect bundle that gives +10% melee damage and +10% missile damage for all imperial type units.
  • Jurisdiction resource: High jurisdiction reduces recruitment cost for imperial and imperial guard units by -5%/-10%/-15%/-20%

Sima Yue:
  • Edited frontend.
  • Unique building increases food production and campaign movement speed in local commandery by a decent amount.
  • Unique units (Warriors of Xu, Xu raiders) have changed level requirement to recruit. Xu Raiders require lvl 1 hero now instead of lvl 3. Warriors of Xu Require lvl 4 hero instead of lvl 6.
  • Unique units don't state that they have "High Health" anymore. Instead it mentions fast mustering and replenishment (What determines if a unit has high health anyway? They have the same hitpoints as other units.)
  • Influence resource: "Normal" stage does nothing now, to compensate, later stages has even more reduced construction costs.
  • Starts the game with a bundle, Ascension of Sima Yue, which gives +100 influence for a single turn, to more easily and mod friendly get out of being on low influence early on.
  • Sima Yue get's an unique skill, Champion of Dynasty. It does everything the predecessors skill did plus +10% armour and addition +4 resolve.

Sima Wei:
  • Edited frontend.
  • Fury resource: Having low Fury now provides +10 diplomatic relations with all factions instead of +5. Replenishment bonus changed from -4%/+2%/+8%/+14% to -2%/+4%/+8%/+16%. Added Satisfaction bonus by +5/+15 max. Added Redeployment cost reduction -5%/-15%/-25%.
  • AI Sima Wei earns +4 Fury per turn, to help it sustain the resource better.
  • Sima Wei get's a new starting skill, Champion of Fury. It does everything the previous skill did, plus 10% melee damage and -2 morale for enemies in local region.
  • Added Guv's Sima Wei can Raze mod, you can now raze settlements as Sima Wei and gain a significant amount of Fury by doing so by sacrificing diplomatic relations with all. Razing settlements ain't so popular you see. Be careful of using it too early.

Sima Ai:
  • Edited frontend.
  • Gains a hidden +57 prestige for one turn, starts as a Prince. As such, he can research the next tier of researches and unlock more court positions at the beginning of the game.
  • Reformation resource: Reformation bonus starts at -100% research rate and then +50% at max reformation level.
  • Reformation resource: now provides up to +20% income from all sources at max stage.
  • Sima Ai has a new skill that is unlocked at the start of the game that increases melee damage for dao units and ranged damage for crossbows.
  • AI Sima Ai gains +12 reformation per turn to better sustain the resource. They're usually at the lowest stage.

Sima Ying:
  • Edited frontend.
  • Sima Ying can no longer recruit Han milita units, instead he's dependant on the Qiang units.
  • The base +5 court positions (peasantry, recruitment cost, industry income etc) now give +10 prestige each up to a total of +50 prestige.
  • In place for the alignment nerfs, changed it for a significant character salary nerf(+35% salary cost) and -1 total armies so he can not storm early on.
  • Sima Ying get's an unique skill, Champion of Empowerment. It does everything the predecessors skill did plus +50 experience per season (own retinue).

Sima Yong:
  • Sima Yong's faction can now demand tribute from other factions. Other factions can now offer him tribute in return.
