To Devs: are there plans to add playable faction Kievan Rus?

Hi Devs,

Are there plans to add faction Kievan Rus?

If you are able, please download the mod Broken Crescent from the website TW Center. It's a mod for Medieval 2 Kingdoms. It has a lot of Muslim factions, and 3 Orthodox factions: Eastern Rome, Georgia, and Kievan Rus.

Not a dev, but am in closed Beta. Kievan Rus is a playable faction but is not finished.
