Mod Jam for LWOTC (OLD, UNSUPPORTED)

Changes to System Infiltration
- The System Infiltration ability is no longer granted to all soldiers by default; the soldier needs to be carrying a Hacker's Laptop to use it. Additionally, the ability only reduces Hack Defense by 10 for each use. Remember: multiple soldiers can carry these and work on an objective together.

- The Hacker's Laptop now needs Resistance Communications researched in order to be unlocked, and must be built one at a time in Engineering. Each one costs 1 Advent Datapad to build, and you get 1 for free when you finish Resistance Communications. They do not grant the Infiltration ability, and only provide a Hacking bonus of 5. Trust me, with the easy hacks you'll be able to pull off, it won't be hard to make back the Intel or Supplies you could have gotten from the Advent Datapad.

- The Hacker's Laptop has its own infiltration value. It infiltrates a little faster than a Medikit does.

- The Hacker's Laptop has a new feature. Soldiers that are carrying it will be able to hack adjacent Advent Security Towers, even if they don't have a GREMLIN or BIT secondary. Of course, the tower can see them, so this is best done by a soldier who has already lost concealment. This feature no longer requires Proficiency Reaper; the ability has been integrated into Mod Jam. Note that you will not see the "preview" rewards/chances like with a standard hack; you will need to bring up the hacking interface to see it (you can still cancel it though and not waste an action if you decide to not hack).

Speaking about the Proficiency class pack, is that mod already in the beta version of LWOTC or will it be included in the steam version of LWOTC? And will it be compatible with Mod jam?

The main Proficiency Class pack is not in LWOTC (beta or dev build), and I've heard of no plans to include it with the Steam version. It's not INCOMPATIBLE with Mod Jam, but Mod Jam also isn't a class mod. I believe someone else was working on a LWOTC version of Proficiency Classes but I can't remember who or how far along it is.
