Empire Compatibility?

Will this mod ever be compatible to use with the empire mod? Clicking this race to use in the empire mod's "military" section doesn't do anything.

Sadly I will not be adding these into the Empire mod as it would cripple the balance or would require changes to this mod that I do not like.
