why "not really" because on inferno the operator (or who ever says stuff at the beggining of each round) for example on inferno he some times saying 'are we rushing or are we going sneaky beaky like thats also why he referenced that in the discripsion (not amazing english just want to point that out :P)
though on the comical part i have to agree but thats not what its referencing to
By saying comical, he means the the original phrase is "Sneaky-peaky like", and the creaator of the sticker made it "beaky" to refer to the chickens.

Check it out here: http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/145363/british-sas-emotes-are-we-rushing-in-or-are-we-going-sneaky-like
This is just a play on words, because a) it's really hard to tell what the hell they're saying in game; b) chickens are a huge part of cs and c) chickens are sneaky, and they have beaks... sneaky beaky. Yeeea.
WHY would they say beaky?
Well, beak/beaky (here at least) means nose/nosy, so sneaky beaky could mean something like sticking your nose where it doesn't belong. Heh.
